PARENTS

 Parents are requested to bear in mind that the school attaches great importance to building sound character in students. Therefore, they are expected to cooperate with the school authorities by making their Children understand that a well ordered and disciplined way of life is an important at home as in school, they prepare their lessons and take an active interest in the activities of the school.

 Parents are informed that occasional reports from teachers are made in the School Diary. They are requested to sign them as proof that they have read them.

 Parents are required to sign. P.T.M. register and other similar documents related to their Children when requested.

 Absence from School even for one day must be noted in the “Student’s Leave Application form” given in the School Diary. If absence lasts for more than three days the application for leave must be made to the respective Co-odrinator accompanied by relevant certification of the same.

 If a Child has an infectious disease Parents should keep the Child at home till the danger of infection has passed. A medical certificate and a fitness Certificate must be submitted on return

 Changes in the address or telephone number of parents/guardian must be intimated to the school in writing and without delay, failing which the School will not be responsible for non-receipt of communications.

 When communicating with the Principal, parents are requested to mention in their letter the Class, Section and Student No. of their Child/Children.

 Parents are welcome to visit the School. However, parents are not allowed to meet the Teacher during School hours without the sanction of the Principal or Coordinators. Complaints relating to academies, if any, may be made either to the Coordinator or the department concerned.

 Whenever Picnics are organized by the School, maximum participation by Students is expected. All outings are under the supervision of School Staff.

 Mobile Phones are totally banned in School. If confiscated they will not be returned. No appeal will be entertained. However, under extraordinary circumstances if a Student brings a mobile phone to school he/she must inform the Coordinator and deposit immediately after assembly with him/ her.

 The School reserves the right to suspend or to take strict disciplinary action against a Student whose diligence or progress in studies is constantly unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other Students.

 Observance of rules of discipline of the School and good behavior are an essential condition to a students’ continuance in the School. In case a Student violates the School rules indulges in any form of indiscipline, strict action like expulsion/ suspension/ restriction shall be taken against the Student.

 Parents’ attention is drawn to the fact that the criticism of a teacher or school, in the presence of a child, causes the Child to loss respect for the teacher and will deter his or her progress.

 If the parents wish to meet a teacher, they must seek prior written appointment on the annexure is given in the school diary on the day specified by the teacher for the appointment the parents should bring the School diary with them on the day of the meeting it is imperative to present the annexure at the School gate.
